Kyle is our Chairperson and a pastor at Gracefields Church in Fish Hoek, South Africa. He is married to Kirsty and they have three lovely daughters. His responsibilities include Bible teaching, pastoral care, biblical counselling and developing curricula. Kyle serves on the Council of the Biblical Counseling Coalition and enjoys writing regularly for The Gospel Coalition Africa.

Pamela serves as Vice Chair and Director of Online Courses. With her husband Coby, she has served at the University of Cape Town since 2007, while raising three children. She is passionate to provide a solidly biblical counselling model, respectful of sciences and contextualised, to impact hearts all across Africa. She enjoys discipling and counselling women, photography and painting.

Alan is our Operations Director and recently came to us with much experience, having served many years in Christian NGO work. Based in Fish Hoek, South Africa, he is married to Cath and committed to seeing people transformed by the power of Christ. Apart from building relationships, Alan loves spending time on the tennis court, hiking in nature and riding motorbikes.

Dudu serves us as Operations Administrator and in Student Services. She has served previously as a Children’s Ministry Leader, Project Administrator, Outreach Coordinator, and in other administrative roles. She enjoys investing in relationships and is growing in her ability to interact with others using a biblical counselling approach, walking alongside women through all of life’s challenges.

Lucy serves on our Exec Board as Secretary. She and her husband, James, serve at Hope Church Auckland Park, in Johannesburg, where James is the senior pastor and Lucy serves in the SoulCare and women’s ministry. They have four children. Lucy is passionate about sharing how to apply the Bible deeply in life, especially in friendships, church relationships and through biblical counselling.

Vhumani serves on our Exec Board as Africa Network Advisor and on our Strategy Team. He is the Lead and Teaching Elder at Vanderbijlpark Baptist Church, Prof. of Practical Theology and Pastoral Care at North-West University and Leader of the Public Practical Theology and Civil Society programme. He is the President of the Intl. Council of Pastoral Care and Counselling and also President of the African Assoc. for Pastoral Studies and Counselling.

Glynnis serves on our Exec Board and Strategy Team. She is a biblical life coach and lay counsellor in Johannesburg, South Africa. She is married to Craig, and parent to three children. With over 27 years in the financial services industry she has expertise in business development, executive management, training, operational management, strategy, and organizational efficiency.

Louis serves on our Exec Board as the Chair of the Gauteng Region and is an Online Instructor. He pastors St Stephen’s Church in Krugersdorp, South Africa and is married to René, with four vibrant children. Louis is passionate about equipping individuals and churches to reach others with the gospel, and building church-based care and counselling ministries. He enjoys camping, fishing and park runs.
