Level 2 is designed for those interested in a deeper understanding and training in biblical counselling and pastoral care ministry.

Equipped to Counsel

The Equipped to Counsel 1 (ETC) curriculum by John Henderson is modified to meet the specific requirements of the cultural contexts across our continent. This ten-week course will be of invaluable benefit to ministry workers, pastors, care volunteers, and anyone interested in biblical counselling.

Equipped to Counsel involves six hours of work per week and includes weekly virtual or in-person talks and discussions, as well as reading assignments.

• Worldviews
• The Aim and Fruit of Biblical Counselling
• God and His Word
• The Gospel
• Understanding People

Grief Care

We are so thankful to be able to offer Grief Care. Grief Care was written and produced by one of our team, Jane Kratz. If you are grieving the death of a loved one, then we invite you to join this 9 week course in processing your grief.

The design of this grief group is relational because we serve a relational God. God has created us not only as relational but also physical beings who thrive on human contact and touch. This is particularly true in relation to the death of a loved one whose physical absence we are grieving. For this reason, our Grief Care course is offered as an in-person care group.

Our prayer is that you would come to know and experience more of the Comfort of God, both as you continue to grieve the death of your loved one and as you love and serve others in your grief.
